• -Personal & product details.
• -Uploads the purchase invoice.

This helps Hydrolo maintain records and offer faster service in the future.

Module 3 - Installation Guideline

• -For customers or plumbers, this will help during product installation.
• -They can submit product details and their specific questions.
• Can also add a short video (15–20 sec) showing the problem for clarity.

The support team may guide via: Call or WhatsApp & will dispatch a technician if needed (in major cities).

Module 4 - Product Issue

• -Covers issues that are not exactly a complaint but need attention (e.g., missing part, unclear usage).
• -Customer can explain the issue, and support provides guidance, replacement info, or clarification.
• Supporting Uploads (common across all options)
• -Product Photos (to identify the model/issue).
• -Invoice PDF (for warranty check).
• -Video Message (short clip showing issue or installation confusion).
